The Church is two doors down from HB's Pittsford home.
HB gave it to Mrs. Derwood Whittemore, next door neighbor, 1957. On death of Doris Whittemore, 1998, painting passed to David Mailhot, of Pittsford. Exhibited Manchester N.H.,Castleton, 1940; Vermont Artists Guild, 1942; Rutland 1943.
